Hi Ragde, excellent and very detailed tutorial, I'm looking forward to making a mannequin myself, although 1:1 would be more useful.

Just a question: Why do you use the split face and delete face command to remove sections of a surface (like the eyes and mouth of the new head) rather than a simple trim with the sketch? You've done that for the ear....
