Try a higher viewpoint from the back, more to what would be the normal viewing angle for the owner.

i do have a few criticisms though. from looking at the top pic, you show the blurry view of the unit with the bag out. it seems like the trolley will be very unstable with the bag loaded and you will not be able to let it go (to take items out, etc.) without it falling back. the third foot you have shown (in the last pic) looks too far forward and may interfere with the ground when you angle the unit back to roll it. what is the clearance from the ground?
it also seems that when you load the bag, the weight is going to try to close up your mechanism. Meaning because of the flexible nature of the top wire, when wieght is pulling down on it, it is going to want to close up. this may also make for a wonky handle.
it looks like there is still a bit of work to resolving your solution, but the form is beautiful and the concept worthy so you should keep at it.
