I think having experience in soft goods could get you into great working environments. Have you been to www.malakye.com ? It's a site for sporting goods industry. There are some (what I would think are cool) jobs that require experience in soft goods. Sweet!

First off - softgoods and display/environment design are 2 rare fields and its cool to see some of that work.

the projects shown are a bit redundant. the luggage is great, but 2 of the slides are near identical. you list this in the resume section

- Brainstorming

- Researching - Ergonomics + Human Factors + Product History

- Ideation Sketching

- Concept Development

- Rendering - Various Media

- Technical Drafting

- Concept Model Making - Various Materials

- Color Theory

- Cost Analysis

- Photography

- Materials + Manufacturing Knowledge

lets see som more of these skills - color theory, cost analysis... Sketching! heck, show some far-out luggage concepts.

best of luck
