Nice! Is it extruded aluminium or what? Stainless steel? I was just curious how you have managed to solve the top of the metal part in case of extruded part... also it would be great to see whats inside, how you have solved the attachment of the glas part to the metal.

Hi,

- The material is aluminium. it is an extruded rectangle with a welded cap.

- The black cilinder is a powder coated alu tube.

- The tube is also the hinge to open the top. This is needed to change the bulb or to repaire some electric stuf.

- The glas part is mounted on metal clips, wich standard deliverd with the glas part.

My client has an indoor technical people. They design the technical drawings for their production units.

How the hole(for the glas part) is made for the aluminium? Milling or laser?

It's a nice geometrical design, I would like to see an image of the lamps in the dark, because that is they most important moment toexperince them. Iassume it is made for marking a route instead of lighting a path or something? (What is the amount of Lumens/m2?) (Is there also a large (higher) version planned, or a wall mounted version?)
