Squiggly Lines With My Cintiq

This is so frustrating. My cintiq started to develop squiggly/wiggly/jittery lines, and it makes drawing exceptionally difficult. I've tried backdating the drivers, updating the drivers, to no avail. Has anyone experienced this issue, and what did you do to fix it?
