Same again for the long cylinder shapes. Use the 'shift' keyboard button to dodge and burn in a straight direction (again sweep left/right to enhance the light and shadow strengths)

By the way, the actual material is chrome like, but I haven't rendered it as a chrome. You can add color reflection to make it chrome like.

We are almost done. The final thing is to use the burn tool to give that large grey surface on the left sketch a more gradient transition from light to dark, in order to add more depth.

Use a gradient background area to make the sketches pop out more, and we are done for this one. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions to do it better or faster.

Sketchbook Pro might be a good alternative to do these quick renderings too. But Photoshop has more functions, such as changing the colors with hue/saturation tool.
