Hi,

I was wondering if someone could help me please! I'm trying to loft between these 2 parts attached but achieve a smooth loft that looks perfect in a render (or theoretically perfect for manufacturing). I've tried various methods but it still doesn't look smooth.

I think best would be to split the face in this smaller part becasue connectors (under RMB when you click on face/sketch) should have their counterparts in oposite side.
Hope that helps, if not post your file then I can show you what I meant.

What was the point of using Heal Edge? (I couldn't see what it was linked to in the feature).

..if you roll back before the Heal Edge, you will see that the edge used for the corner loft is segmented.
(I chose the delete face feature (body) for the Heal Edge feature.)

So what does HEAL EDGE do? Combine edges into one edge?
