.....u used a composite or plast paris for the other cover.....

for the model I used wood for the matrix, polyurethane and polyester resin for modeling and for the final details only paint and a polish product.

Would be curious how much the prototype cost roughly (with or without labor). Don't feel obliged though.

I can tell you that the prototipe needs about 2000 men hours of work
