I am working on this project, where I have to make gloves like Hulk Hands for kids. These are prelim sketches. No photoshop, no illustrator, just rf f hand sketches.

The constraint is: NOT to make anything that looks like a hand, or even close to it, yet the fucntion and the use is the same. Yes. There will be that irritating noise.

Use: As a training tool by karate instructors.

Do you have any pointers or a radically different ideas that you can point out?

Any help is appreciated. (Ohh, BTW let me know how am I doing on my sketches?)

Hi, just for help i show u here the gloves i use, as example. Are Charlies. First, think that one of the most important constrain design in this case ( despiting the usual cushioning for the top area of hand and knuckles ) is to prevent the wrist from a bend when hit. For this reason has a long strip that u roll around the wrist 2 times and doesnt allow ur hand to big moves. The palm area of hand is not necessary to be protected really and is convenient to be ventilated if is possible.

On other way, i think this kind of gloves are really a developed design through experience and i think is not so easy to fit with the solution.

Hey there,

It may sound stupid but how about a big single finger-tip that fits like a glove over the hand... I reckon it would soften the idea of them being anything like boxing gloves
