Choose: Cas, Ergonomics Or Digital Mockup?

Hallo everybody. I would like to find some automotive designers, engineers or professionals who can suggest me about this decision. I had three work offers from a firm providing design consulting in the automotive field. They said me that, according to my skills and CV, they could employ me in one of those roles: - CAS MODELING - ERGONOMICS DESIGN - DIGITAL MOCKUP Which one should I choose? Any suggestion from car designers?
