Want To Purchase Ellipse Templates From "refuelled.com"

Greetings, I finally decided to purchase some ellipse templates from the site "http://www.refuelled.com/". I live in germany and therefore my 2 questions can probably only be answered by germans. 1.: Did anyone ordered ellipse templates from that shop before? 2.: How much does the german tax (Zoll) cost?
