Thank you for appreciating it! It is my own idea and is not a part of any competition. I plan building another model, but can`t decide what could it be. It might be next generation bomber ( successor to B-2) or Ford Mustang. Or it could be SR-71 successor, which is not completely sketched yet. -

797 took almost 2 months to build. It is a clean sheet design , is about 115 centimetres long and 120cm wide. if you are interested I have some pics where it is under construction. initial idea was to build it in 4 engine configuration , where 2 engines would be integrated in vertical stabilizers and pylons . later the idea was discarded. Anyway, here is a finalised version of RAH 68` Navajo`. -

Front view and sideview. The exit doors and emergency doors will have much larger windows, as their size does not compromise fuselage strength and as the doors are a seperate structure within a fuselage. -

Various views. Next generation high bypass ratio engines. The blades will be also connected in the outer ring similar to some shrouded fans on helicopters. If an object penetrates and breaks a fan paddle, it will not break out the whole paddle as it is connected to inner and outer ring, Instead it will break only a fragment in direct hit. This will help to keep engine intact from destruction caused by huge force of inertia exerted to a broken paddle, which in order could compromise various electrical systems and other blades if directly hit by a whole broken out blade. -

Autogyro Or Gyrcopter Project...
advancedboy replied to MiroslavGeorgiev's topic in Finished Projects
It is an interesting project. The rear propeller has an interesting configuration. As it is closer to the main rotor it will use more power to compensate for autorotation of the fuselage, thus implying excess fuel consumption, as opposed to using a longer driveshaft and moving the propeller more towards aft. It would have no measurable loss if it had a double rotor configuration as that of used on Kamov choppers. The `neck` above the fuselage looks dangerously skinny. Keep on improving!!! -
Buick Maelstrom revisited. And Chevrolet Avalanche nex gen . I used SketcPro 6 trial version. In 2 weeks I am getting graphic tablet. The era of using mouse for sketching is approaching the end. Hopefully for good:)

The rearview. I moved the `USB` downwards as well. The second pic is the original.

Here is the front part of P1 revisited. It should also have an area of tranquility, although I have a belief, that front view also includes hood plane as well, so if the hood is `busy`, the front buper area should have tranquil area , where `not too much should be going on` to put it in simple terms. the second pic is the original. I also changed some details in lighting and roofline pillars. What do you think?
