Tanks bowlofnoodle , the first peaces (black and white ) are more recent ,the other are ideation sketches for the Lumeneo company , and they don't care about clear line they just want clear and fast ideation sketches and some final renders of the interesting models.
That's why soemtimes it's a little rough draft.

Hy China ren , just draw a box of the view you want and draw you wheels elipspes .It will it help you to proper base . And always have a middle line in your sketch so that you can see if your symetry is good.
Try to see the gnomon video of scott robertson called "how to draw cars " it is very instructive.

See ya

I love the first sketches you posted of the boat. I have a question however: Where is the pilothouse?

Hey john-john,

When I scan in my pencil sketches, they lose their "freeness" and the lines look inconsistent and weak. If you don't mind sharing, what do you do to achieve your linework?

Thanks!

JohnGo :

You drive it by a joystick in the render we can see it but it's a little difficuly to see du to the picture size.

toasterhead :

I work on grhic tablet that's why i don't loose any line.
But there are some option in photoshop to increase the quality of your scan.

See ya john
