you can see my project at michelin at n° 21

Description

Modular Car project has three versions: Mo version; Du version and Lo version. The Mo version is the monocyle. The Du version is a four-wheel car with two monocycles to form a six-wheel car. The Lo version is when many cars are joined to form a train.

The Mo has no motor and you use the pedals like a unicycle. You can attach and detach the monocycle from the car at any time and it is for one person.

The Du version is the basic form of the car and can accommodate two people. The storage and production of electrical energy is located in the central axis of the car. The engines are placed in the bottom of the wheel rims. The wheels are hub less to improve visibility, weight and to for easy access to the car. An electrical cable can be deployed to nets placed in the air to provide energy to move the car or recharge the batteries placed in the central axis of the car. The nets are installed in some streets and the car is connected to their GPS position to get closer in the case of a low battery.

The Lo version is when many cars and unicycles connect to each other for form trains of different sizes. This system is more suited to long distance travel because all the motors and batteries are pooled.

I like the art, however my technical side is confused, there would appear to be some functional components missing such as suspension and steering just to name a couple.

Hope this helps.

A tad confused here.

If i am getting this right, the mo unicycles makes the 4 wheels car, but they dont have a motor, so the only way to move the 4 wheel car is by man powered pedaling? This concept at least from what I am getting and seeing reminds me not of a modular car persay, but more of those bicycles you can rent at the beach and parks with multiple pedals and seats.
It doesnt look very comfortable for the person on the inside of the container...

Not really digging the concept, but nice renderings.

The unicycle isnt new either, so I cant really give you credit for that, I think i have a seen a youtube video of that fully working before.

1- no, the mono have no motor but the duo if, the mono+duo makes a 6 wheels car
man powered pedaling is only when duo's batterie is very low

2- i know, monocycles aren't new , i just use it as a part of my concept with an adapted design
